Held at Asutamuland Tokushima, the "Family Science Workshop: 'Launch a Rocket!'" is an event where participants can build their own plastic bottle rockets and actually launch them. In this workshop, you can experience the fun of crafting while learning scientific principles in an enjoyable way. By cooperating as a parent and child to assemble a rocket and witnessing the moment of its flight, participants can deepen their interest in science. The event requires advance application, with participants selected by lottery. It is free of charge and open to families with elementary or junior high school students. Capacity is 10 families.
