Tsuda Festival, held in Sanuki City, Kagawa Prefecture, is a fireworks festival staged at Tsuda no Matsubara (Prefectural Kinrin Park) and Tsuda no Matsubara Beach. Scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, the festival starts at 16:30, and approximately 600 fireworks will be launched for about 30 minutes starting at 20:00. Set against a backdrop of pine groves and calm seas, the fireworks reflect upon the sea surface, creating a magical atmosphere. At the festival venue, bazaars by local groups and about 10 stalls will line the area, offering a lively atmosphere. In the event of stormy weather, it is scheduled to be postponed to the following day, Sunday, August 23. Access to the venue is convenient, being a 10-minute walk from JR Sanuki-Tsuda Station and about 5 minutes from the Takamatsu Expressway Tsuda-Sangawa IC. Parking is free, but details are yet to be determined.
