Imotaki is a representative local dish of Ozu, characterized by a warm and gentle flavor made with taro grown in Ozu, brought by the blessings of the Hiji River. It was once popular as a custom called "Okomori". During the period, by applying to an imotaki registered restaurant, you can enjoy traditional imotaki on the riverbed, and chair and table seating are also available. The estimated price is from 2,750 yen per person (for groups of 5 or more people), but please consult with each registered restaurant for details.
