The 2nd "Bicycle Yumeshima Conference" - A Place for Cycling and Dialogue

The "2nd Bicycle Yumeshima Conference - A Place for Cycling and Dialogue," held in Kamijima Town, is organized as part of the commemorative projects for Velo-city 2027 Ehime. This event aims to bring together people from diverse backgrounds to deepen interactions through cycling and engage in flat, open discussions about the future and everyday life. For this 2nd edition, targeting high school students, technical college students, and adults, the discussion theme is "What is the ideal life? Let's think together about careers beyond." On the day of the event, participants gather at Umi-no-Ekisha Furatto, cycle to the dialogue venue, and engage in about 60 minutes of dialogue while enjoying island treats (light snacks and drinks). Afterward, they cycle back to the meeting point, share their impressions, and dismiss. Participation is free, but advance registration is required and capacity is limited. Eligible participants are those who love Yumeshima Kaido, are interested in deepening their thinking through dialogue, and can ride a bicycle safely on their own. Bicycle rentals are also available. It is an opportunity to enjoy cycling and dialogue while experiencing the beautiful scenery of Kamijima Town and interacting openly with fellow participants.
