In Hidaka Village, opportunities are provided annually for village business operators to open vendor stalls at the Furusato Festival. Vendor applications are now being accepted for the 55th Furusato Festival. The event will be held for 3 days from Friday, November 13 to Sunday, November 15, 2026 (Reiwa 8), from 9:00 to 16:00. Starting this year, the venue has changed to "Kochi Tabi Hiroba" in front of Kochi Station. The stall fee is 10,000 yen per day. Eligible vendor items must be products that promote Hidaka Village or are produced/processed in Hidaka Village. If applications exceed capacity, a lottery will be held. Vendors may open stalls for all 3 consecutive days or for a single day. Booth sizes remain the same as previous years, but tent usage rules have changed. The application deadline is Friday, September 18, 2026 (Reiwa 8) at 17:00. Selected vendors must submit an application form by the end of September.
