Held with the aim of creating and promoting a distinct culture and fostering vibrant community development where people and culture shine, the 68th Shimanto City Art Exhibition displays works of Western painting, Japanese painting, calligraphy, photography, crafts, and graphic design. Artworks submitted by creators from municipalities throughout Hata District and Shimanto Town are brought together, offering an opportunity to experience the richness of regional arts and culture. Established also as a venue for showcasing regular creative achievements during the autumn season of art, visitors can engage with local art across diverse genres. The venue is Shimanto City Comprehensive Cultural Center Shimantopia.
