The 64th Ogata Autumn Festival and 14th Kuroshio All-Town Industry Festival will be held as an event where visitors can fully enjoy Kuroshio Town. The purpose of this event is to encourage local residents to rediscover and enjoy Kuroshio Town's agriculture, fisheries, commerce and industry, forestry, and tourism. In addition, the Ogata Autumn Festival features exhibitions of cultural works and stage performance presentations by people engaged in cultural and performing arts activities within Kuroshio Town. On Sunday, November 8, many stage events and hands-on activities are planned, making it a day where all visitors can fully experience the charms of Kuroshio Town. Since parking near the venue is expected to be crowded, the use of surrounding parking lots and shuttle buses is recommended. The Kuroshio All-Town Industry Festival may be canceled in case of severe weather. The Ogata Autumn Festival stage performances may be canceled in case of rain.
