Ekingura Mini Concert ~Sound of Crystal Resonating in Ekin~

At Ekingura, where folding screen paintings (byobu-e) by late-Edo period painter Kinzo (Ekin) are exhibited, a mini concert featuring crystal singing bowls and didgeridoo will be held. The clear tone of crystal bowls made of quartz fills the space, offering a mysterious sensation as if enveloped in sound. Meanwhile, the didgeridoo, a traditional instrument passed down by Indigenous Australians (Aboriginal peoples), is characterized by its low, deep resonance and rich overtones, with its unique sound beloved worldwide. Please enjoy the performance woven by the clear tones of the crystal bowls and the powerful resonance of the didgeridoo in a magical space surrounded by screen paintings.
