The 7th Yusuhara Rainbow Art Exhibition Above the Clouds

Held in Yusuhara Town, "The 7th Yusuhara Rainbow Art Exhibition Above the Clouds" is an exhibition aimed at promoting cultural activities among individuals with disabilities, deepening understanding of disabilities, and fostering barrier-free exchanges. Works created by individuals with disabilities, including paintings, crafts, and calligraphy, will be on display. Admission is free, and no advance registration is required. The submission period for artwork is from around June to Friday, October 23, 2026, and only residents with disabilities living in Yusuhara Town are eligible to apply. There is no entry fee, but shipping costs must be borne by the entrant. The venue is the Library Above the Clouds, and the exhibition period runs from Wednesday, October 28 to Monday, November 9, 2026. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 20:00, with closing days on Tuesdays and the last Friday of each month. The event is organized by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Kochi Prefecture, the Yosakoi Kochi Cultural Festival 2026 Kochi Prefecture Executive Committee, Yusuhara Town, and the Yusuhara Town Council for Supporting the Independence of Persons with Disabilities.
