About this event

"Ichigo Ichieats 2026," a food festival gathering exquisite local cuisine from Kitakyushu, is set to be held at Katsuyama Park again this year! At this highly popular event, which drew about 17,000 visitors last year, Kitakyushu's delicious offerings—from Michelin-recognized establishments to long-loved soul food—gather under the blue sky. You can enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime special experience tasting various delicious flavors of Kitakyushu, such as your own style of pairing local sake with food, spirited singing battles, and new encounters. About 40 booths from carefully selected renowned shops in the city will open, featuring limited menu items from a Michelin 2-star sushi restaurant, yakiudon, sweets, local renowned sake, and more. At the stage event "Gochiso Stage," the venue will be energized through the power of food and song, featuring programs serving local famous confections and specialty products, inter-company singing competitions, game tournaments, comedy shows, and more. Furthermore, a matchmaking event for food lovers called "Goen Dining" will be held, providing special time to socialize while surrounded by delicious food.
