The 11th Homecoming Concert: From Hometown to the Future - Beginning of New Harmonies

About this event

This is the 11th Homecoming Concert bringing together musicians associated with Yukuhashi City in their hometown. In addition to accomplished artists such as baritone Gudo Hasui, pianist Emi Hayakawa, violinist Teppei Okada, and flutist Kaoru Miyagi, Italian-based pianist Roberto De Leonardis will make a special appearance. A colorful array of famous pieces will be performed, including Winter from Vivaldi's The Four Seasons, Piazzolla's Escualo, Fauré's Sicilienne, and Tchaikovsky's Waltz of the Flowers. Furthermore, future musicians who passed the Homecoming Audition are scheduled to perform, creating a special moment where professional musicians and young talents play together. Visitors can enjoy live music that touches the heart in the hall on an autumn afternoon. As a cultural and arts experience for children of the next generation, a special invitation program will also be held for 50 pairs (100 people) of elementary/junior high school students and their guardians.
