In Kahoku Town, Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture, a gourmet event titled 'Kahoku Potato & Chestnut Pride Road Event!' will be held where visitors can savor the autumn delicacies of potatoes/sweet potatoes and chestnuts. Eight dining establishments in Kahoku Town will participate, each offering autumn-limited original dishes and sweets made with potatoes and chestnuts. You can taste freshly harvested seasonal chestnuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes, konjac potatoes, yams, and taro, and enjoy uniquely crafted menus at each shop while strolling through nature-rich Kahoku. It is an event where you can experience Kahoku's unique and delicious autumn together with family and friends.
