Held every autumn in the Naokawa district of Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, the "Naokawa Autumn Colors Festa" is an event where you can enjoy a variety of stage performances and vendor booths amidst the tranquil satoyama landscape surrounded by mountains. The venue is lively with daytime events, and from evening onwards, approximately 500 fireworks are launched into the clear night sky as you feel the crisp autumn breeze. The opportunity to view fireworks while dining is another charm, making it beloved as a festival where visitors can spend a relaxing day. The festival runs from 11:00 to 18:00, with fireworks scheduled from 17:50 to 18:00.
