About this event
"Mynavi Tour de Kyushu 2026 Miyazaki Nichinan Stage" is an international road cycling race held on Monday (national holiday), October 12, 2026. It is an approximately 124km road race starting from Miyazaki City (Hinata Miyazaki Prefectural Comprehensive Sports Park), heading south along the Nichinan Coast, completing 2 laps of the Obi circuit course in Nichinan City, and finishing in front of the Miyazaki Prefectural Government Office. A thrilling race will unfold as riders sprint through the scenic landscape that epitomizes tropical Miyazaki. Along the course, sprint points are set at Uchiumi, Obi Castle Town, Hoshikura, etc., and KOM (King of the Mountains) points are set at Kusuhara, Kuroshio Road, and Otonogoe. Nichinan City Hall is recommended as a prime viewing spot. To build momentum for the event, the main building of the Miyazaki Prefectural Government Office is scheduled to be illuminated in yellow, the event's theme color. On the race day, fun events and public viewings will also be held at Nichinan City Hall and the Prefectural Government Office.
