This 2-night, 3-day experiential tour is recommended for those interested in the "Local Vitalization Cooperator" program, those who want to experience life in Tokachi, Hokkaido, those who enjoy communicating with people, and those interested in local business and community revitalisation. On this tour, you can experience the atmosphere of Urahoro Town, its local industries, and its people. On Day 1, with the theme of encountering local culture and people, participants will tour the town, visit draft horse breeding farms, inspect agricultural sites, and visit Urahoro Shrine. Afterwards, through a company introduction of Reparience Inc. and talk sessions with staff involved in town planning in Urahoro, you can learn the reality of working and living in this town. At the welcome gathering, deepen connections with fellow participants and locals while enjoying a charcoal BBQ using the local specialty "Urahoro Charcoal" (curry making in case of rain). Day 2 aims to connect with local industries and learn the reality of the Cooperator program. In the morning, enjoy charcoal making of "Urahoro Charcoal", listen to local players, and interact with townspeople. In the afternoon, explore the realities, rewards, and lifestyle aspects through a roundtable discussion with former and active members of the Local Vitalization Cooperator squad. Dinner will be a social gathering at a local restaurant. On Day 3, a review workshop will be held to organize takeaways and share insights and charms discovered during the stay.
