Regional cultural festivals will be held in the Ibusuki, Yamagawa, and Kaimon districts. The Kaimon District Cultural Festival takes place annually on the first Sunday of November, with the exhibition section held from 8:30 to 15:30 and the performing arts section held from 8:50 to 13:00. Hosted at Kaimon General Gymnasium, the festival offers many highlights with unique programs characteristic of each district, including hula dancing, a market (marche), and collaborations with schools.
