This is a cultural festival held in the Yamakawa area of Ibusuki City. It is one of the local cultural festivals held every November, conducted in the order of the Kaimon Area Cultural Festival, Yamakawa Area Cultural Festival, and Ibusuki Area Cultural Festival. At the Yamakawa Area Cultural Festival, exhibition and performing arts divisions are established, showcasing the results of diverse cultural activities by local residents. The exhibition division runs from 10:00 to 16:00, and the performing arts division runs from 13:00 to 16:00, offering unique events characteristic of the local area.
