Jomon Camp Village

About this event

Held at Uenohara Jomon no Mori in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, this event offers a unique camping experience within a reconstructed village replicating a Jomon period settlement. It provides a rare opportunity to feel like a Jomon person and spend the night beside pit dwellings. The capacity is limited to 10 groups, and advance registration is required. A lottery will be held if applicants exceed capacity. At this camp village, you can spend a special time in nature while reflecting on ancient life.
