This is a special tour where you can tour Lake Tsugaru Shirakami on Tohoku's first amphibious bus and visit inside Tsugaru Dam. Splash into Lake Tsugaru Shirakami on the amphibious bus, enjoy cruising on the lake, and take a walking tour inside the inspection gallery of Tsugaru Dam, which is usually closed to the public. You can walk along the dam crest (top of the dam body) and experience the impressive view of the dam looking up from below. The appeal lies in savoring the impact of water splashes and the natural scenery of the Shirakami Mountains that changes with each season from the water. You can also enjoy scenery guidance of Nishimeya by a guide. This special operation is conducted on the 3rd Friday of every month.
