The "Rokunohe Maple Town Festa 2026", held in Rokunohe Town, Aomori Prefecture, is a major regional event. This year features the "To no Jiman Ichi" (Pride of 'He' Market), bringing together specialty products from "Ichinohe to Kunohe" all in one place. Furthermore, delicious foods from municipalities in the Settlement Self-Reliance Zone—including Towada City, Misawa City, Oirase Town, Shichinohe Town, Tohoku Town, Noheji Town, Rokunohe Town, Rokkasho Village, Yokohama Town, and Kosaka Town in Akita Prefecture—will gather as a major highlight. Popular annual events such as the "Shamrock 1,000-Person Hotpot" will also be held, offering plenty of culinary enjoyment. The event is packed with activities: on Day 1, stage shows as well as the "All-Japan Fast Grated Yam Grating & Eating Championship" and "Burdock Throwing Championship" are planned. On Day 2, unique competitions such as the "Garlic Struckout" and "Tricycle Race" will appear, along with stage shows to enjoy. Posters, venue maps, and flyers will be prepared at the venue.
