Organized by Takizawa City, the Music and Dance Division of 'Geijutsusai Takizawa' (Takizawa Arts Festival) is an event where citizens and people commuting to work or school in the city gather to present the fruits of their daily cultural and artistic activities. Held at Big Roof Takizawa, performances such as choirs, Western instrument playing, and dancing will be presented. Call for performers and exhibitors is underway for the 2026 event, with the Music and Dance Division scheduled to be held on Sunday, October 18. Performance time is within 15 minutes per group (including stage preparation and cleanup), and participation is free of charge. Rehearsals will also be conducted on the preceding day to prepare for the main event. This event aims to raise local residents' interest in the arts and provide opportunities to present diverse cultural and artistic activities.
