About this event
To showcase the achievements of daily cultural and artistic activities undertaken by people with disabilities, the "12th Morioka City Arts and Culture Festival for Persons with Disabilities" will be held, exhibiting works created by individuals with disabilities including paintings, photography, calligraphy, crafts, and literary arts. The exhibition is open to all visitors. It will take place at Gallery Odette on the 2nd floor of Plaza Odette, from 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6, and from 10:00 to 13:00 on Monday, December 7. Admission is free, and no prior application is required. In addition, art submissions for the festival are also being accepted.
