"Iwate Shogi Festival 2026" is a shogi event held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at Shiwa Green Hotel. The event is packed with activities to enjoy shogi all day long, such as friendly matches, a tsumeshogi (shogi puzzle) corner, and relay shogi. It offers content that can be enjoyed not only by shogi enthusiasts but also by families. Admission is 500 yen, but free for high school students and younger.
