Themed around "Music," "Alcohol," and "Hot Springs," "Akiu Onsen MUSIC BAR 2026 vol.18" will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The venue is Akiu Sato Center, and admission is free. The event runs from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with food and drink sales ending at 4:00 PM. A diverse lineup of live performances spanning big band, blues, and more is scheduled, featuring 7 bands including "Mossy Jazz Orchestra," "SUN" (an Elvis Presley cover band), and "B.mumps" (a blues band). In addition, the dance club from Miyagi Prefectural Akiu Kagayaki Special Needs School, who joined for the first time last year, will also perform. Food and beverage stalls will offer wine from Akiu Winery, Nikka Whisky, craft beer from GREAT DANE BREWING, sausages from Handmade Sausage Workshop vienna29, a Yakiniku Haruka food truck, burgers from Akiu Burger & Cafe Terrace -haru-, and more. Starting this year, Akiu Heart Lock Sake (craft sake) will also participate. A temporary parking lot will be set up in front of Saryo Soen. Enjoy an event packed with the charms of Akiu woven together by "Sound × Alcohol × Hot Springs."
