About this event

This event features "Hatto," a beloved local specialty dish of Tome City. It shares information on the diversity of the Hatto food culture passed down since the feudal clan era, the creativity and dedication of the people involved, and wheat food culture. Visitors can enjoy a diverse variety of Hatto soups, ranging from classic flavors like soy sauce, miso, curry, and sweet red bean (azuki) to unique variations, savoring special tastes available only at the venue. This year, the number of Hatto stalls has increased by 1.5 times compared to last year, offering a wide selection of 20 varieties from 19 shops. There will also be local product stalls, a sister city collaboration section, and a tourist information corner, along with stage events featuring local mascot characters to liven up the venue.
