Celebrating its 33rd edition this year, the 'Ogawara Autumn Festival' will be held at Shiroishigawa Park in Ogawara Town, Miyagi Prefecture. This festival is a lively event heralding the arrival of autumn, combining community-rooted events such as the Commerce and Industry Thanksgiving Festival and Bounteous Harvest Festival with flea markets and stage events. Sales of freshly harvested rice and fresh vegetables, as well as free distributions of new-crop rice balls and flower seedlings, will delight visitors.
