Furano Nishidake Autumn Foliage Climbing Tour 2026

About this event

This is an autumn foliage climbing tour aiming for the summit of Mount Furano-Nishidake from the summit station using the Furano Ropeway. The Furano Ridge Course takes approximately 4 hours round-trip and is accompanied by members of the Furano Alpine Club who are well-versed in the mountain and its weather, allowing anyone from elementary school students to adults to participate with peace of mind. Two courses are available: the Furano Ridge Course, enjoyable for beginners to advanced climbers, and the 4-senzawa Course, geared toward intermediate to advanced climbers. It is an event where you can fully enjoy the nature of Furano with its beautiful autumn foliage.
