About this event
This is a fresh buckwheat noodle festival using pure "Dewakaori" grown on the Tendo Highlands at a high and cold altitude of about 600 meters. The 100% buckwheat (juwari soba) noodles made with freshly harvested buckwheat flour allow you to fully savor the natural sweetness and flavor of soba. At the venue, ita-soba, kakiage tempura, and other dishes will be served, allowing you to enjoy the tastes of autumn. Advance phone reservation is required by the previous day, and entry will be guided by scheduled time slots. The venue is the Tendo Kogen Regional Exchange Center.
