A day where you can learn about and experience environmental issues. Take this opportunity to think about environmental issues in your everyday life. At the food drive, you can contribute to reducing food loss by bringing surplus food from home and donating it to local welfare organizations and food banks. Eligible items are unopened food that can be stored at room temperature with an expiration date of December 2026 (Reiwa 8) or later. In the environmental and energy-saving experiential learning session, a "Handmade LED Train Light Workshop" will be held. Participants will create a train-shaped LED light that can also be used as a pen holder or piggy bank, learn about the characteristics of LEDs, and reflect on energy saving in daily life. This experiential learning allows parents and children to learn about the environment, enjoy the fun of crafting, and raise environmental awareness. In addition, collection of used ink cartridges, an FCV (fuel cell vehicle) exhibition, and gift giveaways for visitors are planned.
