A 2-day, 1-night tour in Tamura City, Fukushima Prefecture, during the bountiful harvest season, where participants visit three farms to experience real agricultural practices firsthand. Going beyond a simple harvest experience, participants can observe the work required until agricultural produce is shipped as products, tour agricultural machinery, and hear authentic experiences directly from farmers who transitioned to agriculture from other industries. By experiencing farm work such as harvesting and sorting green onions, sweet potatoes, and bell peppers, and staying at the migration trial facility "Challenge House Miyakoji" located in Tamura City's rural area, you can also experience countryside living firsthand. Interactions with farmers, local residents, and fellow participants will deepen, becoming lasting treasures even after returning home. Senior members of the farming-type Local Revitalization Cooperator squad will also accompany the tour, allowing you to ask about preparation for migration and starting agriculture. For those who are interested in agriculture but have not taken a concrete step forward, this will be an excellent opportunity to learn about the realities of agriculture and specifically consider future possibilities.
