Local Children's Class: Woodworking Workshop

About this event

This woodworking workshop is held as part of the Yachiyo Town Local Children's Class. The workshop aims to nurture children's creativity, intellectual curiosity, and communication skills, offering a fun, experiential learning event alongside friends from different schools and grades. Held with the cooperation of Onozato Construction Co., Ltd., this session will take place inside an actual workshop factory. The program is open to 4th through 6th grade elementary school students, with a capacity of 15 participants. Comfortable clothing, long pants, and athletic shoes (no sandals) are recommended. Required items to bring include a towel, water bottle, work gloves, and heatstroke prevention supplies. Parents or guardians must accompany their children to the reception desk on the day of the workshop. This class provides a valuable opportunity for children to experience the joy of craftsmanship and expand their creativity.
