Held at the Kazo City Otone Cultural and Learning Center Aster Hall, the Otone Regional Culture Festival is a venue for presenting the achievements of local culture and arts. At the Otone Culture Exhibition, local art groups and individuals showcase the results of their daily activities through a diverse range of works, including paintings, calligraphy, photography, illustrated postcards (etegami), handicrafts, ceramics, and craft arts. In addition, the Lifelong Learning Works Exhibition features masterpieces created by facility-user clubs and participants of various courses. Furthermore, at the Music Festa, visitors can enjoy stage performances spanning diverse genres such as choral singing, folk songs, dance, instrumental music, and folk dancing. It is an event where you can fully immerse yourself in the artistic autumn.
