About this event
Held at Kisai Comprehensive Park in Kazo City, the "Kisai Ginkgo Festival" features specialty sales by the local Chamber of Commerce and JA, various food and game stalls by participating groups, and a children's plaza, along with elaborate stage presentations including dance and Yosakoi Soran on a special stage. In fiscal year 2026 (Reiwa 8), shuttle bus service will not be operated. Because the on-site parking lot becomes extremely crowded, using temporary parking lots (part of the Kisai Hospital parking lot, Kisai Junior High School sports ground, and Kisai General Branch) is recommended. Access is available by taking the Asahi Bus from Kazo Station on the Tobu Isesaki Line or Konosu Station on the JR Takasaki Line, followed by an approximately 10-minute walk from the Kisai Castle bus stop. Hot air balloon rides will not be held. The event may be cancelled in case of rain; however, even if cancelled, a performance by the Kisai Elementary School drum and fife band will take place at Fuji Arena.
