Onuma Athletics Stadium Renewal Festa

About this event

Held to commemorate the grand renewal opening of Onuma Athletics Stadium, which began renovation work in FY2025, the 'Onuma Athletics Stadium Renewal Festa' is packed with programs and attractions where visitors can experience the joy of sports. The event will take place on the day from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Deeble Cars Park Field Onuma (Onuma Sports Park Ground). While the renewal commemorative ceremony is for invitees only, starting from 11:30 AM, citizen-participation events will be open, featuring Kasukabe Kyoei High School hip-hop dance, kids dance, soccer performances by Cube, a talk show, soccer clinics, running clinics, and open-air yoga. In addition, plenty of enjoyable activities will be available outside the grounds starting from 10:30 AM, including food trucks, handmade craft booths, petting and feeding experiences at a mobile petting zoo, free distribution of Prince Takamado Cup (soccer) invitation tickets, and free distribution of high-quality leaf mold compost. Use of public transportation is recommended, and visitors are requested to wear athletic sneakers. This festa celebrates the opening of a new environment where people of all generations, from children to seniors, can enjoy sports and recreation.
