At Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets, the Halloween event "Happy Halloween: A Mysterious Party of Ghosts and Vegetables" will be held from October 1 (Thu) to October 31 (Sat), 2026. During the event period, decorations and photo spots featuring the Fukaya City mascot character "Fukka-chan" and famous local vegetables will appear in various locations throughout the premises, creating a Halloween space rich in local flavor. On October 11 (Sun) and 12 (Mon, public holiday), a participatory art event using glowing neon chalk will be held, allowing visitors to freely enjoy chalk art, while professional artists also create large-scale artworks. After sunset, a lighting ceremony featuring "Fukka-chan" will be held, allowing guests to enjoy different magical art spaces day and night. Furthermore, on Halloween day, October 31 (Sat), a collaborative concert by a Japan Ground Self-Defense Force band saxophonist and the Prefectural Fukaya High School Brass Band will be held for the first time at the facility, promoting the charms of Fukaya through music. Additionally, during the period, presenting a receipt for 3,500 yen or more (tax included) spent at restaurant and food stalls will earn a novelty gift of your choice: either Halloween-themed colored pencils or a vegetable-patterned drawstring bag.
