About this event
This is a town walking event to explore the history and culture of Sugito-shuku on the Nikko Kaido highway together with a Sugito-shuku guide. While visiting historical sites of Sugito-shuku such as Tofuku-ji Temple, the Kosatsuba (reconstructed public notice board), Chikatsu Shrine, Shinmei Shrine, the Toiyaba (transport station) ruins, Honjin ruins, Kakukoku ruins, Hoshouin Temple, Fuji Sengen Shrine, and Atago Shrine, you can deeply learn about the charms of Sugito-shuku. The "Sugito-shuku Guides," who are volunteer guides, will carefully provide guidance on the historical sites and explain their history.
