About this event
As an early Halloween event held in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, "Early Halloween Festa" is packed with content for both adults and children to enjoy. A variety of food trucks will be at the venue, offering delicious gourmet food. Street performances and stage shows will also be held, creating an exciting atmosphere. In addition, Hana Fantasia will be open for free admission, allowing visitors to enjoy the event while viewing beautiful flowers. Held for the 2nd time, the Joseikai Wakuwaku Marche will be co-hosted, offering shopping at tent booths. There are also plenty of activities that will delight children, such as inflatable playground equipment, balloon art, a vegetable grab challenge, a pumpkin rolling race, a stamp rally, and a fallen leaf pool. Bringing dogs is permitted, and participating in costume is very welcome.
