Held in Narashino City, Chiba Prefecture, the "2026 Mimomi Hometown Festival" is an event that generates local vitality along the street in front of Mimomi Station. Vendor applications have opened starting August 4, 2026, offering 2.5m wide by 1.5m deep plots for a stall fee of 4,000 yen for merchandise sales and 8,000 yen for games and food/beverage stalls. A total of 200 plots are being recruited, and a lottery will be held if applicants exceed capacity. Stallholders must prepare their own tarp tents. The application deadline is Friday, September 25, 2026. On the day of the event, local shops and organizations will set up stalls, and attendees are expected to enjoy a variety of goods and food/drinks. It will be a vibrant day that deepens exchanges among local residents.
