About this event

'Restaurant in the Field 2026' is an event organized by Co-op Sapporo that allows you to experience the richness of food. In this event, a one-day-only restaurant opens set in the fields of producers who have received the 'Co-op Sapporo Agricultural Award'. Famous chefs active in Hokkaido serve a special lunch course utilizing fresh vegetables harvested straight from the fields. Before lunch, a 'Farm Tour' touring the fields where ingredients grow together with the producers is conducted, allowing participants to connect with the passion of the producers and chefs who support Hokkaido's agriculture. Participants will perceive Hokkaido's unique food abundance with all five senses and discover fresh perspectives on food. Through this special experience, the goal is to enrich the connection between producers and food, as well as the dining time leading into the future.
