NHK Symphony Orchestra Urayasu Special Concert 2026 Pre-Event - Web Sales Project

About this event

The NHK Symphony Orchestra returns to Urayasu! Following the completely sold-out concert in 2024, the performance will be held again in 2026. Urayasu City Cultural Hall is known for the close proximity between the stage and the audience, offering a special experience enveloped in rich sound. This time, guitarist Takuya Okamoto, a native of Urayasu City, will perform as a guest soloist. The planned program features a diverse selection of pieces, including Rimsky-Korsakov's "Capriccio Espagnol", Rodrigo's "Concierto de Aranjuez", Tchaikovsky's "Capriccio Italien", and Stravinsky's Ballet Suite "The Firebird" (1919 version). The performance will be conducted by Kanako Abe. Tickets will be sold in phases: Sakura Set advance sales, Sakura Mate member advance sales, and general sales. A Sakura Mate member-exclusive set that includes the pre-event is also available.
