About this event
The Sodegaura Symphony Orchestra will hold its 31st Subscription Concert to commemorate its 40th anniversary. The program includes Weber's "Overture to the Opera 'Der Freischutz'," Beethoven's "Symphony No. 1 in C major, Op. 21," and "Symphony No. 6 in F major, Op. 68 'Pastoral'." The conductor is Yoshiaki Oshima. Tickets are 1,000 yen for all unreserved seating (800 yen in advance) and go on sale starting Friday, September 4, at Sodegaura Civic Hall. Preschool children are not admitted. The venue is the Main Hall of Sodegaura Civic Hall (Showa Exchange Center), approximately a 20-minute walk from JR Uchibo Line Sodegaura Station.
