On Saturday, October 24, "Sunset Nordic Walking" will be held at Yakata Beach in Yokoshibahikari Town. Set against the evening backdrop of Kujukuri Beach, participants can experience Nordic walking, a full-body workout using two poles. Under the guidance of an instructor, the approximately 2.5 km walk aims to improve posture and physical fitness. In a beautiful landscape where the sea and sky turn orange, it is an event where you can refresh both mind and body. The participation fee is 500 yen, which includes the pole rental fee.
