According to information for the 49th Nerima Festival on the official Nerima City website, this event will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM around the Nerima Station North Exit and Marronnier Street. Venues include Minamicho Elementary School, Kaishin Daini Junior High School, and Nerima General Sports Ground. Nerima Festival is the largest event in the ward, held annually in October, with its first edition taking place in 1978. Since the 45th edition (fiscal year 2022), the area around the Nerima Station North Exit and Marronnier Street has served as the venue. As highlights, approximately 170 stall booths will line Marronnier Street, Minamicho Elementary School, and Kaishin Daini Junior High School across three locations, offering Nerima City specialties, regional products, food and drink sales, and hands-on activities for children. In addition, special stages set up inside the venues will feature dynamic performances such as dance and musical showcases. Concurrently held events include the Nerima Industry Trade Fair 2026 at Coconeri and the Nerima Sports Square at Nerima General Sports Ground Park. Note that Nerima Lantern Night will not be held.
