Under the catchphrase "Adachi, Town of Music," the "22nd Adachi City Music Festival" will be held, featuring musical groups active in Adachi Ward as well as musicians born or residing in the ward. This music festival offers a wide variety of music across genres to local residents free of charge. All four performances across four venues are free, and no advance application is needed—simply arrive at the venue on the day to attend. Venues including the Urban Agricultural Park, Galaxcity, and Takenotsuka Community Learning Center will host various concerts. It is an event where visitors can look forward to discovering new music.
