This food festival features the simultaneous holding of the All-Meat Festival (Zen-niku-sai), which gathers gourmet food stalls and kitchen cars from all across Japan celebrating meat—ranging from beef, pork, and chicken to fish and fruit pulp—and the Mayo Fest, centered around mayonnaise. Live performances by musical artists on stage are also planned to enliven the venue.
