38th Hossawa Falls Hometown Summer Festival

About this event

This festival aims to contribute to the promotion of tourism and local industry by promoting the tourist base centered around Hossawa Falls, which is selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls, selling agricultural, marine, and forestry products, and performing local traditional arts. Events such as Hinohara Taiko drumming, song shows, local performing arts, and Yosakoi dance are held. In particular, the illumination of Hossawa Falls allows visitors to enjoy the magical sight of the summer waterfall emerging in the darkness. You can also enjoy the majestic waterfall scenery made possible by the stable water volume in summer, along with fireworks displays. There will be stalls selling local agricultural, marine, and forestry products, as well as food, drinks, and assorted goods.
