Fun for Adults and Kids! Original Drink Making (Alcohol / Non-Alcohol) & Cafe Experience

About this event

An experiential event for adults and children alike held at Hinohara Factory in Hinohara Village. On the day, you can experience making around 180 ml of sample liquor or syrup (non-alcoholic). Afterwards, there will be a brewery tour (viewed from outside the window) followed by a meal at the cafe. The meal includes a drink (coffee or rooibos tea) and a brownie or croquette. Since it is also possible to make syrup instead of alcohol, children can safely participate. You can fully enjoy crafting your own original drink and the cafe experience while admiring the autumn foliage of Hinohara Village (best viewing period is mid-October to late November). For hygiene reasons, the brewery tour will be brief and viewed through windows. Additional purchases and shopping are available at the cafe, but cash only is accepted. The alcohol is to be taken home for aging rather than consumed on the day. Those who consume alcohol must secure a designated driver or use an alternative driving service.
