1st NIKI Hills Winery Harvest Thanksgiving Eve Festival: Special Maker's Dinner

At NIKI Hills Winery located in Niki Town, Hokkaido, a "Special Maker's Dinner" will be held as the eve festival of the "1st NIKI Hills Winery Harvest Thanksgiving" to share the joy of harvest. This special night offers an opportunity to enjoy delicious dining along with special harvest-season experiences and commentary by the winemaker. First, starting at 16:00, a special winery tour will be conducted where you can enjoy viewing the vineyards during the post-harvest pruning season and tasting comparisons of wine currently being brewed and vintage wines. Afterwards, starting at 18:00, a maker's dinner with commentary by the winemaker will be served at Apercu, a restaurant inside NIKI Hills Winery. Planned with gratitude toward the local community and people who support the winery on a daily basis, this event will be a special time to fully savor the pairing of wine and food in an unpretentious, warm atmosphere. Attendance is limited to 20 guests.
