Ikego Forest Music Festival 2026

About this event

The Ikego Forest Music Festival is a citizen-initiated music event first held at Ikego Forest Nature Park when joint use with the US military began. Marking its 9th edition this year, the festival's appeal lies in the rich, untouched nature preserved by postwar history, the deep and diverse music flowing through the venue, and a borderless atmosphere that everyone from children to seniors can enjoy. In addition to live performances by musicians connected to Zushi, the event is packed with content for all generations, including popular food stalls, merchandise sales, a market area filled with local charm, and creative workshops inspired by nature. Under the theme of "dance, eat, and lie down," visitors can enjoy Zushi's proud, lush forest nature in Ikego alongside a variety of music. Doors open at 9:30 on both days. The venue features a pleasant 400m grass track with open space where you can lay out a picnic mat to relax, take a nap, or play with balls and frisbees. Please note that pets, smoking, open flames (except by vendors), littering, and photographing US military facilities are strictly prohibited.
