49th Ayase City Fireworks Display

About this event

Held in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture on Saturday, August 22, 2026, the "49th Ayase City Fireworks Display" features approximately 2,500 fireworks lighting up the night sky around the Owens Cultural Hall. The launch time is from 19:30 to 20:00, with highlights including starmines mainly composed of size 3 to 7 shells, and up to size 15 (shakugosun) shells available for viewing. Since they are launched from fields, a key feature is the open, unobstructed view. Paid viewing seats are also available. The event is hosted by the Ayase City Fireworks Display Executive Committee, and sponsored by Ayase City, Ayase City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ryonan Industrial Association, and the Junior Chamber International Ayase.
